Q: Why don’t your leased property listings include rent, deposit, photos, and/or full details?
A: We have a high lease renewal rate, with some tenants staying in their homes for over 5 years. To avoid outdated information, we only publish rent/deposits, photos, and full details when a property is actively available.
Q: How can I be notified when a property becomes available?
A: When we have an availability we update this website and also post on third-party sites such as Zillow. Properties lease very quickly!
